How do I get to THEATER MILANO-Za (hereinafter referred to as "theater")?
1 minute walk from "Seibu-Shinjuku Sta." on the Seibu Shinjuku Line.
6 minutes walk from " Shinjuku-Nishiguchi Sta." on the Toei Oedo Line.
7 minutes walk from "Shinjuku Sta." from JR lines, Odakyu Line, Keio Line, or Tokyo Metro Marunochi Line.
8 minutes walk from "Shinjuku Sanchome Sta." from on the Tokyo Metro Marunochi Line, Fukutoshin Line, or Toei Subway-Shinjuku Line.
The theater entrance is located on the 6th floor of the TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER.
Please take the escalator inside the the tower up to the 6th floor.

Do you have a parking lot? And, do you offer any discount services?
As there is no dedicated parking lot for the theater, we strongly recommend using public transportation whenever feasible. Please be advised that the parking lot in the basement of the TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER does not offer discounts for theater patrons.
Can I eat and drink inside the theater?
We kindly ask you to refrain from eating and drinking inside the auditorium, but you may bring and consume drinks with lids. Eating and drinking is allowed in the lobby.
Can I buy drinks and food inside the theater?
Please visit "Za Bar" in the foyer.
Can I smoke inside the theater?
There are no smoking areas inside the theater or in the TOKYU KABUKICHO TOWER.
Where can I leave my belongings?
We do not offer coin lockers or cloak service.
Can I rent opera glasses here?
We do not lend opera glasses.
Can I watch the performance in a wheelchair?
We have spaces available where you can enjoy the performance in your wheelchair. However, space is limited, so please be advised to contact the inquiry desk for each performance in advance.
Do you have a barrier-free restroom?
There is one room each on the 1st and 2nd floors of the theater. (compatible with ostomates)
Is there an age limit for admission?
It might be different for each show,so please contact the inquiry desk for each performance for detail.
Do you have seat mats for children?
We have seat mats available for young children. Please be aware that there may be limitations based on your seating, height and the number of tickets available for each performance.
Do you have childcare facilities?
There are no childcare facilities in the theater.
Is there a theater membership system or advance ticket sales?
There is no registration system or ticket handling service in the theater. For details on how to purchase tickets, please contact the inquiry desk for each performance.
May I send flowers or letters to the organizer? Please contact the inquiry desk of each performances.
We do not accept any presents to organizers at the theater. Please contact the inquiry desk for each performances.
